Step 1: Define What You Want

Before you can attract your solemate, it’s crucial to get clear on who you are and what you genuinely want in a partner. This goes beyond superficial traits and focuses more on values and how you want to feel in the relationship. Do you value emotional intelligence? Kindness? A sense of adventure? Understanding your core values will send out a clear message of intention and set the standard for the kind of love you want to let in. This is not about pigeonholing ourselves, but about clarity.

Step 2: Become a Match for the Love You Want

To attract the kind of love you desire, it’s essential to embody that love within yourself. You might say you want a partner who is loving, supportive, and emotionally available, but can you truly receive that kind of love? Everything is a mirror so if there is resistance (i.e. challenges and blocks in love and relationships) there is something deeper to uncover within yourself. Often we blindly say yes, yes I am SO ready, but when we actually look back we can see with more wisdom. Could you apply that logic now?

Step 3: Release Hidden Blocks

Manifesting love is not about searching for it; it about becoming a match for the kind of love you want to call in… and God will do the rest, but we have to clean up the things are emitting the wrong single.

It’s astonishing how many unconscious ways we block ourselves from love. Sometimes, we may not even be aware that something within us makes receiving the kind of love we desire feel unsafe. Energetically, we close our hearts to love without realizing it. Other times, our anxiety and desperation to receive love can actually repel it.

I often see this with women who have done significant inner work and believe they’re in a place of trust, confidently stating that they know love will come at the right time. Yet, deep down, they are either closed off (avoidant) or don’t truly trust with the topic occupying their mind 24/7 (anxious). This sneaky block reveals a deeper lack of trust in both the process and themselves.

If we truly do want to be a MATCH for love, we have to get radically honest and this means seeing things that might feel uncomfortable otherwise instead of embodying the energy of someone ready to receive love, we inadvertently project uncertainty, meaning you’re misaligned with the love they wish to attract and can get get to HIM.

Step 4: Trust Divine Timing and Stop Settling

I see so many incredible women panicking or settling because of self-imposed timelines, believing they need to be in a relationship by a certain age or stage of life. And I get it, it is hard when it looks like everyone around you is in that place and insta is full of engagements and weddings but if anything that just shows you how possible it is. Secondly it’s easy to have an average relationship you want a love that stands the test of time and trust me it’s worth waiting for. I’ve never been willing to compromise on this for nearly or not quite. Even when I was with someone I know was Mr 95% perfect, I knew that it wasn’t a full match, and I chose to end it despite it being SO HARD.

The universe knows the right timeline for you, even if you think you’re ready right now it’s not time. Remember, you also are only 50% of the equation. HE also needs to be ready. So you may have cleaned up your side of the street and truly be ready, but he may not be. In the podcast I explain that if Rob and I had met any earlier we would not have been a match. We both had to go through what we did up to the point we met in order for our relationship to work.

If you are living consciously, doing the work and TRULY ENJOYING THE JOURNEY, your soul mate person and dream relationship will not pass you by.

Step 5: Take Action and Surrender the Rest

The action you take should be focused on becoming a match for the kind of love you desire, not about how many dates you go on or following a specific timeline. Remember, you hold the power to create the love you want by getting clear on your desires, becoming that energetic match, clearing hidden blocks, and trusting in divine timing. The rest is up to him and the universe. Your job is to surrender the “how,” the “when,” and fully trust that it’s inevitable!
