Womb Connection and Massage Practice

Welcome to a quick but nurturing practice where you can drop into your feminine energy, deepen the relationship with your body and tap into the powerful wisdom of your womb. Whether you’re here to build a relationship with this sacred space, for physical healing, to release stored emotions, or deepen your relationship with yourself, this womb connection and massage practice is a powerful tool for your journey.

I’ve created two womb connection and massage practices to meet you where you are on your journey. Both are designed to be an introduction into womb healing and to help you build a deeper relationship with your womb space, the 12 minute practice is ideal for when you have a little bit more time and space to relax and immerse in the experience but I wanted to create an express version because I know life can get busy and you don’t always have 15 minutes spare. This express version is perfect for when you’re short on time but still want to connect with your body and restore your energy.

It is also a quick, easy way to dip your toes into this work if you are new to it while still receiving the benefits of the practice. Just like any relationship, your womb requires your presence and consistency to thrive. Showing up regularly helps to deepen the relatiosnhip with your womb and allow you to access her wisdom.

Womb massage is supportive any time of the day but personally, I love to do this in bed before I fall asleep.
