Somewhere along the way, we’ve been programmed to think that forcing ourselves to follow a rigid regime is the only way to make progress and get results and it’s setting women up to fail.
Consistency is important, but I believe we’ve only been programmed to follow a very ridged lens that fails to take into account the cyclical, biological nature of a woman. It’s time to shift our perception and view consistency through the lens of the feminine because the truth is, the masculine interpretation of consistency that is praised just doesn’t work for women, and it doesn’t feel good.
